Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients  

  • 1 can artichokes, chopped; I love to make this with marinaded artichokes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tony Chachere's creole seasoning to taste, (optional)
  • 1/4 jalapeño, chopped (optional)
  • Parsely to garnish

Method 

  • In a bowl, mix together artichokes, parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic, black pepper, Tony Chachere's creole seasoning (optional), and jalapeño (if desired, you can also add more or less to your preferred heat tolerance)
  • Spoon mixture into a ceramic or glass baking dish, smooth the top and place into a preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for about 15 minutes or until top is slightly brown and dip is bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers and top with parsley!
