1 can artichokes, chopped; I love to make this with marinaded artichokes
1 cup parmesan cheese, finely shredded
1 cup mayonaise
1 garlic clove, minced
Black pepper to taste
Tony Chachere's creole seasoning to taste, (optional)
1/4 jalapeño, chopped (optional)
Parsely to garnish
Method
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a bowl, mix together artichokes, parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic, black pepper, Tony Chachere's creole seasoning (optional), and jalapeño (if desired, you can also add more or less to your preferred heat tolerance)
Spoon mixture into a ceramic or glass baking dish, smooth the top and place into a preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for about 15 minutes or until top is slightly brown and dip is bubbly. Serve with bread or crackers and top with parsley!
