In a large measuring glass or mason jar mix all the marinade ingredients together. Give it a good stir / shake and pour over steak in a ziplock bag. Store in the refrigerator overnight
Remove steaks from refrigerator 20 minutes before grilling. Heat grill on high and cook steak according to your desired level on doneness. Medium-rare has internal temperature of 135 degrees F, medium 140 degrees F, medium-well 150 degrees F, and well done 160 F. Remove steaks from grill and allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes before cutting
Place all salad ingredients in the bowl and toss together. Serve with sliced steak and ranch or your favorite dressing
