Peppermint White Hot Chocolate (Spiked and Non Spiked Versions)

Ingredients  

Adult’s Version

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 4 to 6 ounces peppermint vodka

Kid’s Version

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3 tsp peppermint extract

Method 

  • In a sauce pan over medium low heat, pour milk and white chocolate chips. Whisk occasionally to help melt the white chocolate into the milk. Once the white chocolate is completely melted and incorporated into the milk transfer to a tea pot or container with a spout. Add in the vodka or peppermint extract. Stir again and serve with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, whole candy canes and mini marshmallows.
