Pulled Pork Sliders

Ingredients  

Pulled Pork:

  • 2.3 to 2.5 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 can of cola
  • 1 cup of bbq sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 package of Hawaiian rolls
  • pickle slices

Method 

  • Place pork shoulder in a crock pot, sprinkle all seasonings over the pork
  • Stir together the cola and bbq sauce, pour over the top of pork. Place the lid on top, set crock pot on low and cook for about 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until for tender and 195 degrees
  • Remove pork from crock pot, shred, and add back into the crock pot. Mix together with the sauce. Grab your rolls, pile on the pulled pork, drizzle some extra sauce, and top with pickle slices
