Ingredients
- 7 cups pre-popped popcorn
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mallow bits
- 2 graham crackers crushed
- Sprinkle of salt
Method
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss to coat.
- Immediately sprinkle in mini chocolate chips, mallow bits, and crushed graham crackers. Toss gently.
- Spread the popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
- Once hardened, break apart and serve!
