This S'mores Popcorn is loaded with gooey melted chocolate, crunchy popcorn, crushed graham crackers, and mallow bits — giving you all the delicious flavors of classic s’mores without the campfire! Perfect for movie nights, parties, or treat bags.

Ingredients  

  • 7 cups pre-popped popcorn
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mallow bits
  • 2 graham crackers crushed
  • Sprinkle of salt

Method 

  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  • Immediately sprinkle in mini chocolate chips, mallow bits, and crushed graham crackers. Toss gently.
  • Spread the popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
  • Once hardened, break apart and serve!

Notes

  1. Use Plain Popcorn: Avoid pre-flavored popcorn as it can interfere with the s’mores flavor. Plain salted popcorn works best.
  2. Don’t Over-Melt the Chocolate: Heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals to prevent it from seizing.
