Sparkling Citrus Punch

This Sparkling Citrus Punch is the showstopper your next gathering needs. Made with pineapple juice, blood orange soda, Poppi Lemon Lime, and lime sparkling water, it's bright, bubbly, and refreshing. Frozen pineapple and raspberries chill it without watering it down, while DIY frozen citrus roses float on top for the most gorgeous presentation. It’s easy, make-ahead friendly, and the ultimate non-alcoholic drink for brunches, baby showers, holidays, or any celebration.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 10

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle blood orange Italian soda
  • 2 (12 oz) cans lime sparkling water
  • 2 (12 oz) cans Poppi Lemon Lime Prebiotic Soda
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen raspberries
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 lemons

Method

Make the Frozen Citrus Roses (Do This the Night Before)

  • Slice fruit in half. Trim the bottom of one half so it sits flat.
  • Scoop out the flesh from that half to form a hollow rind “cup.”
  • From the other half, slice into very thin half-moons.
  • Layer the slices rind-side-up inside the hollowed rind, overlapping in a spiral pattern.
  •  Finish with a tight curl in the center for a true flower look.
  • Freeze roses on a parchment-lined baking sheet overnight.

Make the Punch

  • In a punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, blood orange soda, Poppi, and lime sparkling water.
  • Add frozen pineapple and frozen raspberries.
  • Gently float the frozen citrus roses on top just before serving. Serve over ice!
