Ingredients
- 12 ounce bag frozen spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 package vegetable recipe mix (Knorrs brand or any brand)
- 2 green onions, sliced green parts only
- Round sourdough loaf, round Italian loaf, OR round Hawaiian loaf
Method
- In a medium bowl mix first 5 ingredients together and set in the refrigerator
- Invert knife into round bread loaf and cut a circle around the top to about 1 inch from the bottom of the bread. Remove the top of the bread. Place bread bowl on a dish and spoon in spinach dip. Break the top of bread into chunks and place around the bread bowl and serve
