- 1 14 ounce can Cento Yellow Peeled Tomatoes
- 2 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 4 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Seared Scallops:
- 1 lb scallops
- 3 tbsp Cento Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
