Ingredients
- 17.6 ounce bag bow tie pasta
- 3/4 cup store bought bruschetta
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh basil, optional
Method
- In a large pot add water and boil. Once water is boiling add a generous amount of salt and pour in half the bag of bow tie pasta. Cook according to pasta bag instructions. Drain pasta and dump into a large bowl
- Add in bruschetta and parmesan cheese. Toss together and serve
- Optional: top with fresh sliced basil
