Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough, store bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup marinara
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- 8 pepperoni slices, cut into 4ths
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: cheese sauce and extra marinara for dipping
Method
- Cut pizza dough into 12 pieces. In greased muffin tins, place pizza dough into the bottom of 12 muffin tin wells, working the dough slightly up the sides
- Layer the marinara, pepperoni, and cheese on top of the pizza dough. Bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until pizzas are turning golden brown and dough is cooked through
- Top mini pizzas with grated parmesan and serve with cheese sauce and marinara on the side
