Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients  

  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Method 

  • Place sausage, onions, red pepper, and green pepper on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle a generous amount of salt and pepper. Gently massage the seasonings into the onions and pepper
  • In a 425F degree preheated oven, bake for 25-30 mins or until sausage is golden brown and onions/peppers are caramelized
  • Optional: Serve on hot dog buns with mustard and your favorite sides, enjoy!
