Homemade pimento cheese spread with crackers and veggies on the side

Southern Pimento Cheese Recipe: The Perfect Cheese Spread for Any Occasion

This Southern pimento cheese recipe combines shredded sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, jalapeños, and spices like garlic powder, onion salt, and smoked paprika to create a creamy and flavorful cheese spread. It’s quick to make, perfect for picnics, gatherings, or as a snack. The spread can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, with flavors improving after sitting for a day. Serve it with crackers, veggies, smoked meats, or anything you'd like to add cheese to!
