Does anyone remember the flour shortage of 2020 during the pandemic? During that time, I had to get creative with my sweets. More than ever I needed a sweet treat during that time, but couldn’t bake because – well, no flour! This was my solution and I truly believe regardless of your flour levels at home now, you’ll be grabbing for the easy 3 pantry ingredients to make these!! I store them in the freezer, making these chocolate peanut clusters even more irresistible on hot summer days! I have a feeling you are going to constantly want them just as much as I do.

Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 – 12 ounce bag semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup peanuts
Instructions
- Add chocolate chips to a bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between each time, until chocolate is fully melted
- Heat peanut butter for 20 seconds, then stir into melted chocolate. Add peanuts to chocolate mixture and stir until combined. On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop out clusters and place in the freezer until frozen, for about 15 minutes. Enjoy
*Note: add in any nuts or dried fruit you would like! Also store in the freezer to keep fresh and on demand whenever you need one!
