Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Bark

Valentine’s Day Treats: Kids Edition! Today my daughter is in the kitchen and she is taking OVER!! The past couple of days my kiddos have been home from school due to the snow storm that came through our area. While most families may agree, indoor activities also become a necessity when you have little ones cooped up inside! Can anyone say, restless energy?! Well I’m here to bring you a fun Valentine’s Day activity, that’s super simple and has only 3 ingredients! Perfect for your kiddos to make from start to finish. Plus it’s the BEST VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT to give out to all your loved ones. But who am I kidding, this is a great recipe for anyone to make, kids or no kids involved!!

The best part about making this bark is, you can get creative! Everyone can make their own bark with their own preference. Mix different topping is, such as nuts, dried fruits like cranberries, pretzels, really the options are endless. Making this as a gift for someone? Add in toppings you know they love for a special customized treat!! Have fun!!

ingredients

White Chocolate Bark:

  • 12 ounces premium white chocolate
  • Sparkle Gel Icing
  • Sprinkles

Directions

  1. Break apart white chocolate bars with your hands, add to a microwave safe bowl
  2. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power, stirring right after. Repeat this step until white chocolate is fully melted
