FAQs
Can I use a different cut of beef?

Can I cook it on high?
You can cook on high for about 2½ to 3 hours, but low and slow gives the most tender texture.
Can I prepare this ahead of time?
Yes. Combine the ingredients (except peppers, onions, and slurry) the night before and refrigerate. Cook the next day.
Does it freeze well?
Absolutely. Let it cool completely before freezing. Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat on the stove.
