Turkey Club Party Sub
Ingredients
- 2 cans French Bread dough, such as Pilsbury
- 1/2 lb cold cut turkey meat
- 4 sliced bacon, cooked
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- mayo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a bundt pan with oil or nonstick spray.
- Remove the French bread dough from the cans and lay the dough around the bundt pan, end to end, forming a complete circle. Pinch the seams together to seal.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10–15 minutes, then carefully remove the bread ring from the bundt pan. Slice the bread in half horizontally.
- Using your hands or a knife, gently remove some of the bread from the inside of each half to create a shallow “well” for the fillings.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of both halves. Layer with turkey, tomato slices, red onion, shredded lettuce, cooked bacon, and avocado slices. Place the top half back on, slice, and serve.
- Serve with ranch on the side, if desired.
