The rustic cobbler that tastes like late-summer sunsets and the first sweater night. Juicy peaches, tart blackberries, a tender biscuit top, and vanilla ice cream melting into every bite. Pure comfort.

📌Save this for end-of-summer comfort ☀️ 

INGREDIENTS:

Filling
3 cups peaches (I used 6 peaches)
4 cups blackberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp almond extract
1/4th cup sugar
1/4th cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch

Cobbler Top
2 1/3 cups Bisquick mix 
1/2 cup sugar + 1 tbsp divided
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a casserole dish add in all the filling ingredients and gently mix together 

Mix all the ingredients together for the cobbler top, leaving 1 tbsp of sugar out.  Dollop the biscuit dough over the fruit filling.  Sprinkle remaining 1 tbsp sugar over the top.  Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 45 mins or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Let cool and serve with ice cream

Flaky broiled salmon over lemon slices, topped with juicy peach salsa + creamy cilantro crema. Dinner-party gorgeous, weeknight easy, and beginner-friendly from start to finish.

INGREDIENTS:
Salmon
2 lb salmon fillet, skin on
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 lemons, sliced
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 pats butter

Peach Salsa
2 peaches, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeño, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lime

Cilantro Crema
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro
1 jalapeño slice
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Season and broil salmon on a parchment-lined pan over lemon slices 8–12 min. If thick + browning too fast, switch oven to 400°F to finish.

Mix salsa ingredients together, blend crema ingredients together, spoon and drizzle over salmon.

Whiskey-kissed peaches, silky cheesecake, and a golden crumble. Bake it, chill it, and watch everyone ask for the recipe.

Crust: Press 1 package Chessman crumbs + 6 Tbsp melted butter into a 9 in pan and bake 8–10 min. 

Filling: Sauté 4 lb peeled & sliced peaches with 2 Tbsp butter, 6 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 Tbsp whiskey, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp lemon, and a pinch of salt; stir in cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water mixed together) and cook until syrup thickens. 

Cheesecake Batter: Beat 4 (8 oz) cream cheese + 1 1/4 cup sugar + 2 tsp vanilla + 3/4 cup cream, add 4 eggs one at a time. Pour half the batter, add half the peaches, top with remaining batter. Line pan with foil, bake 325 F for 75 min, turn oven off, crack door about 2 in and cool in oven 1 hour, finish cooling on a rack. 

Crumble: 1/4 cup flour, 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 2 Tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch cinnamon. Mix into coarse crumbs, bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Cool completely.

Top with remaining peaches and baked crumble. Chill 8+ hours, ideally overnight.

We’re going out with a bang, friends 🥗✨ Summer’s not over until you’ve had smoky grilled peaches with creamy burrata on your plate. Fresh, easy, and the prettiest salad!

📌 SAVE this one to celebrate the last peaches of summer.

Recipe
2 peaches, sliced and grilled 3–5 min per side
1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
2–4 oz burrata
4 oz salad mix

Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp green goddess seasoning (Trader Joe’s works)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper

Shake dressing in a jar, toss with salad mix, add burrata, peaches, and pecans. Drizzle more dressing and enjoy.

Not to be dramatic, but this Peach Margarita might be the best drink I’ve ever made. Sweet, juicy, a little fancy with elderflower liqueur… and the sugar-tajín rim? Unreal.

📌 SAVE this for your next happy hour! 

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
1 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 fresh peach (slightly overripe, sliced)
Ice
Sugar + tajín (for rim)
Mint sprig + peach slice (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a pastry brush, paint a little honey on the side of glass. Press  into a sugar + tajín mix. Fill glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1/2 peach until juicy.

Add tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.

Shake well until chilled & strain into prepared glass.

Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.

✨ Sip, savor, and enjoy the peachy magic!
